Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site or client platform, Johnson Strategic Solutions may collect contact information, state of residence, service requests, business information, funding goals, credit-score estimates, client documents you choose to upload, case activity, communications, quotes, and payment-status information. We do not ask clients to upload passwords, API keys, recovery codes, authentication tokens, or other account credentials.

How we use information

We use information to review inquiries, determine service eligibility, create and administer client engagements, provide secure portal access, review documents, prepare individualized scopes or quotes, communicate with clients, maintain audit and security records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, communications, payment, and automation providers to operate the platform. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide those functions or where required by law. Payment-card information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not intended to be stored in the ReaperAI database.

Security

The platform uses authenticated access controls, role-based database policies, private document storage, encrypted transport, and operational audit controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access through the Contact page without including passwords or other secrets.

Retention

Records are retained for the period reasonably necessary to administer services, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type and jurisdiction. Data that no longer has a legitimate retention purpose should be securely deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, contractual, or security purposes. Submit privacy requests through the Contact page.

Children

The platform is intended for adults and business clients and is not directed to children.
