Scope

These terms govern use of the Johnson Strategic Solutions website and ReaperAI client platform. A specific paid or no-charge engagement may also be governed by a separate scope, authorization, disclosure, or service agreement shown in the client portal.

No guaranteed outcomes

Johnson Strategic Solutions does not guarantee credit-score changes, deletion of accurate credit information, funding approvals, lender decisions, financing amounts, interest rates, business revenue, or any other particular result. Funding decisions are made by independent providers under their own underwriting criteria.

Consumer credit services

Consumer credit-related services are offered only where and to the extent permitted. Availability, billing, disclosures, and service workflow may vary by jurisdiction. The platform may restrict or block a paid credit-related service based on jurisdiction. A service label does not override applicable law.

Individualized pricing

Where payment is permitted, pricing is based on the specific scope presented to the client. A client is not charged merely because a quote is displayed. Payment obligations arise only under the applicable accepted scope and payment terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, review documents before submission, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not upload passwords, API keys, recovery codes, authentication tokens, Social Security numbers unless specifically requested through an approved secure workflow, or other secrets not necessary for the engagement.

Electronic records

By using the platform, you agree that service authorizations, quotes, notices, acknowledgments, and other records may be presented and retained electronically. Where a separate consent or legally required disclosure is necessary, the platform may require it before the relevant service proceeds.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person, or use the platform to facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct.

Informational limitations

General content on the public website is educational and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or lending advice. Clients should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Availability and changes

Features may be modified, suspended, or replaced as security, compliance, service-provider, or operational requirements change. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve client records and active engagement information, subject to applicable retention requirements.
